TERMS & CONDITION

1. Some items posted are limited stock therefore we apply first come, first serve basis.

2. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! NO BACKOUTS and EXCHANGE after orders confirmed. Backout buyers strictly will be BLACKLISTED.

3. Do not cancel order without reason. 

4. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Strictly No Haggle! 

5. Postage charges are beared by customers.

6. Combine shipping is available. Purchase multiple items and save on shipping fee.

7. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g. 

8. Item(s) are NOT exchangeble or refundable. Colour of stocks may not be exactly the same to the display picture shown in website.

9. We will not be liable for any damages or loss caused during shipping of item(s).

10. Payments are to be made within 2 (two) day after confirmation.

11. Items will be mailed out within 7 working days once payment has been received.

HOW TO ORDER

Before placing any order, please ensure you have READ & UNDERSTOOD Terms & Condition applied. Only proceed if u agreed with our T&C.

STEP 1:
Fill up ORDER FORM at the bottom of the blog. Please provide us your correct email and complete address. And, please specified your orders with item codes.

STEP 2:
After submit your order, please wait for our confirmation. We will send invoice to your email within 48 hours. If you still didn't get invoice after 48 hours, please check your SpamBox, especially for YahooMail users.

STEP 3:
After u received the invoice, kindly transfer or bank in the amount (provided in invoice) to our accounts within 1 (one) working day.


STEP 4:
To avoid fraud, please attach proof of payment by REPLYING our email (invoice sent to you). DO NOT compose new email to avoid confusing. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

For M2u / online transfer user:

Please choose payment notification by email and insert scarfla.order@gmail.com. And your bank will send us email notification.

And
Whether u put our email address or not, attach print screen of succesfull transaction is COMPULSORY.

Those who Transfer/Bank In via Cash Deposit:
Please snap a picture of receipt / scan receipt and attach to email. Replying our email, DO NOT compose new email.

STEP 5:
Items will be mailed out after 1-3 working days once payment has been received. We will send Track Number & Posting Date thru email. Your item will be delivered to you within 7 working days.
